Level 4 Local Expert

A very cool little place in the quiet village of Minotogawa. The guys are very friendly, some speak English, some use a translator, but they will definitely help. You can rent electric bicycles (their condition is not great, corrosion and climate affect). There is a bar and a kitchen with a grill, but everything "closes by 20-21 pm." There is also a free laundry service. You can get there by regular regular bus from Nakh in an hour.
