A wonderful hotel, new, with a warm atmosphere and attentive staff. The rooms are clean and cozy. Delicious breakfasts. And I also want to mention the Spa area in the hotel. Hammam and massage are something! Especially the masseuse Dolly, who does Thai massage. How lucky I am! I was pleasantly surprised that in Uzbekistan I would be able to get Thai massage, which is in no way inferior to professional massage in Thailand itself. Thank you so much for a great time.

Great hotel! Thank you for the hospitality and cleanliness. We were allowed to check in earlier and offered breakfast. The receptionists respond to requests with alacrity. They help you deal with food delivery if you return to the hotel in the middle of the night... and make coffee even if the cafeteria is already closed. The beds are king-sized. The mattresses are a bit harsh (apparently, traditionally - it was the same in Tashkent too), but this only contributes to a good rest. The breakfast is good. In addition to dishes made from eggs, porridges and sausages, there are fresh berries and fruits according to the season, nuts, halva, greens. There is beauty and oriental aesthetics all around. The hammam and sauna are excellent. We didn't take a massage, but scrubbing (about 600-700 rubles) is super! The skin breathes differently and the heat is tolerated more easily. Try it! The men's section in the SPA is separate from the women's.

The hotel is new, so far everything is clean and beautiful. But there are already problems with the elevator, it works every other time. It is good that the hotel has only 3 floors and it is not difficult to go up / down on foot. Rooms with windows facing the roadway have noise problems: the windows absorb it poorly, plus the large ventilation unit in front of the hotel is sooo noisy. Our room turned out to be small and completely without an entrance hall (((You enter from the common hall immediately into a room with a large bed, a table with a TV, a wardrobe and two upholstered chairs with a tea table. But the bathroom is large and with high-quality finishes

The elevator was not working. Not very varied breakfasts. The very SPA that this hotel was chosen for is small and because of the large number of people who want to, you have to wait in line. Also, if someone chooses a massage or some kind of procedure in a hammam, then they put it in the center of the hammam and begin to rub it with a scrub, the skin flies in all directions, on everyone sitting in the steam room. Then another person is doused with water and this water also splashes on everyone present. It's not very pleasant and hygienic

Excellent conditions, everything is new in a modern style, clean, good environment, cleaned regularly. When booking a room, a swimming pool, SPA, hammam, sauna, Jacuzzi, sauna are provided free of charge at certain hours. Free breakfast buffet is also included. The only disadvantage is a very weak Wi-Fi, it is impossible to watch the movie calmly.

Speaking of cons: the audibility is very high. By the way, I woke up because I heard my friend wake up and talk on the phone on the floor below. And I can't help but describe ***, who works in the hotel parking lot, who called our friend "DUMB" in a dispute about a night parking spot. I have traveled to 19 countries around the world and have never seen anything like it. I am convinced that this situation is a terrible accident and no one else will face it. I strongly recommend that the owners of the hotel dismiss the guard who walks in a black leather jacket in the parking lot, I can't name him. If you draw a line. All the rough edges and troubles did not affect my attitude towards the hotel. On occasion, I will definitely come to this hotel again.

The hotel is new, only 3 months since it opened. The staff is very helpful. I liked everything, we'll go back there again. The breakfasts are gorgeous, there is a cool spa area and a massage therapist Dilya (Dilora) she has golden hands for an hour of massage, she did several massage techniques, I advise you to go for at least a week, your back will be in order!

One of the best hotels in Uzbekistan. I often have to travel to the regions for work - so here is a hotel in general! I really liked the peace and quiet, its own territory and cleanliness in the room. The air conditioner is perfectly cool) 35 degrees outside the window are not felt. A great place in Samarkand, especially when you walk around the city all day and by the evening you are not only frozen but your legs are unfastened) I took two services of scrub and massage.Philola did a full-body scrub and massage with foam, relaxed, it costs 120 thousand local people, not a penny of this amount is not a pity because magic hands have been resurrected)) The three of us went , the others didn't want to go anywhere else.. I went to the end and signed up for another massage with Elena, I thought not to surprise me, at my own time I traveled all over Asia and did massages everywhere, but.. the girl has her own author's technique, feels all the clamps, disassembled and reassembled in an hour, it's a pity that I couldn't get to her for at least five days, we're passing for two days, I recommend it to everyone, be healthy, prosperity to the salon!!!
