CHUP "Maroz and G" in Mogilev on Ostrovsky str., 21. We recently ordered the repair of the checkpoint (restoration of gears and repair of the hull). We did everything quickly, but not efficiently. Now the same service work is required again. At first we thought to bring the gearbox back to them, but we were not given any checks for payment for the work done, as well as guarantees. After self-inspection of the checkpoint, it turned out that the bolts were not properly twisted and they unscrewed and pierced the body. The bolts can be unscrewed with your hands without any effort (although this should not be!!!!). How is it? Irresponsible attitude to work? Did one employee rely on the other and didn't fix the bolts??? Or was the service on vacation for so long that after going to work I wanted to earn money quickly and therefore the quality of the services performed turned out to be at such a level??? We are very dissatisfied with the quality of the services provided, especially for such a price that would cost us half the cost of a complete replacement of the checkpoint. P.S. from the wishes: I think that customers would like to know the cost for the services provided by the service at least at the stage of the readiness call, and not at the checkout. I would like to see a receipt where it will be written where the amount went. Well, and have a warranty period after the work is completed.
