I am writing this review because my close friend has encountered an extremely unpleasant situation here, but at the moment she is uncomfortable writing about it herself. What happened: In the beginning, massage therapist Andrey started with a question about the state of health and contraindications – this would seem to be a professional approach. During the procedure, the masseur: - was on the verge of touching intimate areas (perineum, inner thighs, breasts); - shifted underwear without permission (during back massage); - I acted in such a way that my friend had a feeling of violating boundaries — she was in shock and could not immediately interrupt the session. At the end, he asked, "How are you? Are there any questions about the procedure?", but being in shock, the friend could not react adequately and replied that there were no questions. I demand that the administration sort out the situation! I think that such behavior is extremely unacceptable.

After the services provided, "removal, hardware manicure, coating", less than two weeks later, I had to contact the medical center for prompt help, due to the crookedly sawn edges of the nails, which subsequently grew into the fingers and purulent boils occurred. Two fingers were seriously injured at once (one even on both sides). Thanks to Ekaterina Rabets, a master of the 4th category (a photocopy of the certificate confirming this was issued by JSC "Linen Processing") for the fingers mutilated for a long time and for the inability to redo this beauty (with open wounds it is impossible), to the employees who wrote unsubscriptions and to the director of the salon, who did not contact me and did not resolve the situation. Don't be fooled, like me, by the laudatory reviews that the employees themselves leave. Take care of your health.
