I bought shoes in this store, the sole came off for less than a month, brought it to the store, the boorish seller flatly refused to return the money, gave it for repair, after 10 days the sole came off from another shoe.They refused to return the money again, saying that I tore my shoes on purpose, sent them for examination, now we are waiting for a refund.Terrible staff who are not interested in sales, the shoes are the same.The price does not match the quality!

Unfortunately, we had the misfortune to buy shoes in this store. When fitting, the whole village is perfect. But after the first hour, the toes of the heels were worn down to the meat.
Since the shoes had already been put on, the seller refused to accept them.
As a result, the money was thrown away. It is a pity that we did not read the reviews for this store before buying. Apparently, we are far from alone with such a "successful" acquisition.

The "expert" seemed to me interested in the result in favor of the seller.
7 troubles - one answer: the wrong shoe size. The measurement of the leg is according to GOST 1988. Of course, the Chinese look up to this document in the manufacture of shoes, how else!

I bought shoes at this point, after an hour of operation (this is despite the fact that 40 minutes of this time was a bus ride, sitting) I discovered a defect on the toe of the sole (it began to delaminate). The mood after that is at zero, the shoes are not cheap, 260 rubles. It's not a small amount of money. I usually like to take a walk after work, but not that day, I went straight home. The next day, I took it to the place of purchase, filled out an application for a refund and an act of handing over shoes for quality control. Three days later, I was notified about the quality control procedure and the need to attend it, and this, for a moment, on a working day, at 9 a.m. OK, I wrote an application at work to postpone the working day, hoping for a successful outcome of the event. It was the first time I encountered this procedure, I had never dealt with low-quality shoes before, and I did not purchase shoes from sole proprietors. Just in case, I decided to record on a dictaphone. The inspection showed that there is no manufacturing defect and the sole material is of high quality, and mechanical damage is to blame. I was just speechless from what I heard (photo below). As a result, I was twice offered the opportunity to receive a written response from the inspection and was told in plain text that then it would not be indicated that this was a "mechanical damage". The only point is that it costs 190 rubles. I am amazed at how the words of the expert and his possible written response differ. I suspect collusion between the seller and the "expert". Of course, I refused a written answer, but the meaning is the cost of new shoes! As a result, I plan to conduct an independent examination by an unbiased expert and, in case of a positive outcome, subsequently sue the seller. I also tend to hold the seller and the expert accountable by submitting an application to the OBEP.
I do not recommend the Marsel shoe store, avoid it. Don't make my mistakes, the warranty doesn't work there.

I made a purchase online with home delivery. The consultants are unpleasant, they do not give a proper answer to questions and appeals. neither by phone, nor online to the director. As for the shoes, I didn't like the quality. For not the cheapest shoes, everything should be clear and tidy, and not with marriage. Now it's also a whole problem to return these shoes.
