I liked the haircut, but the admin wrote it down as usual without leaving the record log and, accordingly, they are not involved, they say I messed up something and had to pay more, although I had a discount. The certificate is a week overdue for a medical reason — they don't care" I want to share my experience of interacting with the Marseille salon chain. He's revealing — not for the better. I was given a certificate for a chocolate spa wrap. The validity period is 3 months, until 01/29/2026. It so happened that it was during this period that I was preparing for a serious medical procedure (hormone therapy). This condition excludes any physical exertion and thermal effects on the body. The process took almost all three months. 06.02, that is, just a week after the deadline, as soon as the health situation was resolved and I returned to the city, I immediately contacted the salon. She explained the situation, asked to get into the situation and extend the certificate. The response I received is a perfect example of a "show-off service." 1. The administrator did not even try to discuss the issue, he immediately sent it to the website. 2. The director replied in dry legal terms: "the deadline has expired — the service is not provided," "I should have thought earlier," "I should have come and exchanged before January 29." At my suggestion to show a human attitude and take into account that I had not just forgotten about the certificate, but was in a difficult life situation (and a week overdue is a ridiculous time to deploy a client), they actually read the Civil Code to me. No solutions were offered — no replacement for the service now, no additional payment, no compromise. Conclusion: It is important to arrive at Marseille on time. If you get sick, leave, or, God forbid, you have a health emergency, it doesn't concern them. They have "the rules written on the certificate." The money for the service has already been received (the certificate has been paid), the client only asks to complete the work after a week, not six months — but no. With such approaches to clients who are already in a vulnerable position, trust in the network is completely lost. I hope my review will help other people understand that you are welcome in this salon as long as everything is perfect according to your documents. Any deviation from the schedule — and you become a problem that is easier to "kick off" than to solve. Not a client anymore.

Initially, when I tried to sign up, the administrator ignored me, I called, no one picked up the phone, but the next day they answered anyway (the attitude seemed to be on the customers all right). We signed up with my husband for a SPA for two, we signed up for 16.09, unfortunately, we couldn't get there on that date, and I asked them to reschedule us for 12.09. The administrator told me that there was a window for 16.15, I agreed, today (11.09) I'm clarifying about the masters, to which they reply that they say I have an appointment for a manicure on 12.09 and 16.09 at the SPA. Excuse me, what kind of tricks? Where did some incomprehensible manicures come from in general ? We've been waiting for this day for so long to find out that they messed up everything there and didn't go anywhere. I'll give you one star for at least getting an answer. I can 't put any more , because we never got there .

Just terrible service! Complete lack of customer service. I'm telling you! A friend gave my husband and me a certificate on our wedding day. Its validity period is 3 months. 3 weeks before the end of the certificate, we called the salon to make a reservation, but we were told that everything was busy and offered our products or another procedure for this amount; communication with the administrator was very rude). Neither option suited us. We asked to extend the certificate for 1 month, but the salon director refused and offered to refund the money. This very strange decision surprised us. But what can I do....I had to take my friend and we went to write a refund application together. We arrived, wrote, the administrator sent it to the accounting department, where everything was approved. After 10 days, the money was not returned, my friend called the salon. She was accused of not specifying the banking details correctly (she specified everything correctly) and did not leave her contact number (no one asked us about this) My friend went again to rewrite the application (she was asked to do so) When she arrived, it turned out that she needed to specify another 100,500 data, which she did not have with her, since she had already given the certificate. Once again, she spent 30 minutes punctuating everything, but the money was never returned. This whole situation might not have happened if the certificate had been extended for a month. Maybe we're wrong about something, but I haven't had this kind of precipitation for a long time. I hope fate will never bring us together with this salon again. 😉

Then there were wet towels (besides, they didn't even say it themselves, but it was very unpleasant to discover these and wind yourself up for another 30 minutes before the employee arrived). They say the dryer does not have time (can I buy more sets!?) There is a lot of dust and cobwebs over the door in the sauna. Personally, my feet burned there, but maybe my peculiarity. There is no washbasin in front of the sauna to wash your face, the approach to the bathroom is ill-conceived, filled with a bathtub, also with "bumps" that you will not notice in the semi-darkness. I was once in Marseille in Uruche. I liked everything there. And here, unfortunately, it's a complete disappointment.

Top massage therapists who can be told about problem areas and they integrate the necessary elements into the session. We were treated to tea at the end. The music can be chosen according to your taste, by default it is relaxing. A pleasant and courteous administrator. The atmosphere is relaxing, good sound insulation in the rooms. Despite the winter time and the slush outside, everything is clean and dry.

But I asked what effect they should have and it was. Very much so. I didn't have to put cream on my desert-dry skin for two more days. Well, the last thing that not many people note, but I always note: the approach to clients. It was a big surprise that at the end I was offered tea or coffee. This is doubly pleasant, because you relax so much during the procedures that you just can't physically leave right away. :) But I paid more attention to branded sugar and chocolate. It is these little things that best demonstrate the level of the institution. In general, I was very pleased.

I paid for the certificate immediately through cream (68p) + promo code (2.9p). At the reception, the administrator asks for the certificate number, I show it, and they tell me that I only paid for the promo code, and I will have to pay for the procedure itself with a discount. I had to look for all the payment receipts and prove that I had already paid. The administrator checked something for a long time, wrote to cream support to find out what was wrong with my certificate number. Of course, the mood for a massage was gone and we just wanted to return the money. We called Cream support to find out how to refund the money for this outrage and they answered us "We will deal with this issue, we can't answer you now" 🫤🫤 About the disadvantages of massage: the specialists did not ask if there were any contraindications, diseases and peculiarities in the body and it was very cold in the office, which was why it was not quite comfortable. And so the massage is cool. As a result, they didn't even really apologize, they said that the problem was not theirs, but the cream. Disgusting. They can write off money, but they cannot provide or refund money for a failed service!!

No type of acne is transmitted from person to person either through direct contact, or through contact with things, or through saliva, in any way. And the "master", arguing with "courses", carries this ridiculous and offensive nonsense about "infecting all clients" in your face, runs to the administrator and back, the administrator calls the director (who, of course, knows that acne is not contagious, but from a boorish receptionist and an uneducated master of apologies, as well as confessions you won't get any errors). As a result, the procedure was not carried out, they did not apologize to you either for unprofessionalism, or for terrible conditions and terrible service, or for a humiliating and inadequate claim, and you write an application for a refund for not carrying out the procedure. There should be more than just a refund, there should be compensation for moral damage and dismissal of such blatantly illiterate and boorish employees. 0/10. Respect yourself, choose a decent place.
