There is no worse service!!! I was given a certificate for spa + manicure. After the manicure, they tell me that I need to pay an additional 10 rubles for the removal, I was just taken aback. I signed up for the procedure several weeks in advance, the administrator called several times and NO ONE WARNED ME ABOUT THE SURCHARGES. I said that I would not pay anything extra and left, as a result, the director of this institution called me and threatened the police, saying to my arguments that they were working fine, but I was bad. I paid extra, but the administrator did not answer me anything intelligible about the spa complex and additional conditions and pushed everything that the cream certificates were not her problem. It also turned out that I didn't get a scrub and the whole procedure took almost an hour, which they didn't tell me anything about either. It's a disgusting place. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
