The first thing I want to note is that I was not given the choice of oil. The massage was done with some kind of incomprehensible oil that smelled like sunflower. The massage movements were also incomprehensible to me, chaotic movements in different parts of the body without sequence. In addition, the "master" had too long nails for me to work as a massage therapist, because I constantly felt my skin being scratched with nails. What I want to say about facial massage: they applied an incomprehensible cream, the name and company of which they did not tell me. Rose quartz from 30 minutes was at most 10 minutes, the rest was by hand. In addition, if you have a facial massage, then why do neck, buttocks, shoulders and chest area massage??? I was expecting a FACIAL massage, not other adjacent areas. And also, why touch my hair with OIL? Clean hair turned into greasy, thank you. I don't know how other masters of this salon do it, but the impression and mood are spoiled to zero. I will never come again and I will not advise anyone.

The renovation leaves much to be desired: the walls look outdated, the furniture is shabby in places, and the overall impression is slightly depressing. For a comfortable stay of clients, we would like to see a more modern design and a cozy atmosphere. Despite the disadvantages of the repair, the professionalism of the master compensates for this disadvantage. I hope the management will pay attention to the interior and create an environment appropriate to the high level of services of your salon. I will be glad to come back again if the situation improves.

I arrived on the appointed day, was politely greeted and shown into the office . Then they asked if I had brought a towel with me. I didn't take it because they didn't say to take it, come on! I changed my clothes, went to bed, and the procedure began. Before scrubbing, I was not offered to take a shower to moisturize my skin, but they washed me with a cloth, wetting this cloth in a basin, I thought, come on. We applied the scrub to the already smoothed skin. A little stroking , I feel better at home and scrub harder . But until then , okay . It was necessary to proceed to the second stage, applying a mask for wrapping, but in order to proceed to the second stage, you need to wash off the first one! And instead of showering, they washed me with a rag again, of course, it doesn't wash off well with a rag and rubs the body more, although it was possible to wash it off calmly in the shower! As you can understand, the scrub was washed off badly, and the second stage, the wrap mask, began to be applied. Meanwhile, the remaining particles from the scrub + mask were rubbing my body . Then they wrapped me in foil and left me for 25-30 minutes, just lying there was the most pleasant moment in all of this! Just lie down and relax, so that no one touches you! After this time, I was nevertheless offered to take a shower to wash off all the compounds. And then I was glad , is it really not a rag , but a shower ! But my joy did not last long, instead of the usual soft towel, I was given a piece of disposable, saying that it would be enough to wipe my body! I started taking a shower , the water was turned on at maxim for hot , but barely warm water was flowing from the faucet. During the shower, the water abruptly turned icy and so on three times . To say that I'm frozen is an understatement! As a result, I went out and tried to wipe the remains with a disposable towel, I was not ready to take so much contrast shower!!!! After the shower, they applied oil to me and that was the end of the procedure, which I was very happy about! It would seem that I came to relax and unwind, but in the end I didn't relax and got a lot of negative emotions! I told the staff about the shower, but it sounded like nonsense! I should have left at the first stage where they washed me with a rag, but why I didn't do it, I don't even understand! The service is substandard, if you want to arrive in shock like me, then bypass this salon! It's just a living hell!

I sometimes cancel an appointment myself, for reasons beyond my control, and I doubt that my time has been offered to anyone. It's a pity. After all, there are many people who live close and are ready to come within an hour.

For such a price, I would not go for this procedure. I go to many treatments in your salon (manicure, pedicure, cosmetologist, spa complex), I also wanted to add body massages, but will I expand the spector of services from Marcel? I think the answer is obvious. No! Because I sign up for one thing, I count on it, I check with the administrator about the cream, who says- open and look, there are a lot of shares, in other words, figure it out for yourself, I seem to have studied everything and again the amount is higher than expected, and these nuances are not indicated in the promotion, which the administrator speaks about and considers at full cost. And I will review the rest of the services that I already go to, because the sediment remains and I do not want to come again…

Now about the branded water as a gift... it should have been 0.5 liters, they brought a bottle of 0.33 and filled by a third!!!!! Yes, and then they were simply poured into a disposable cup. After all this, my colleague refused tea, it became squeamish, so they forgot to give the promised chocolate too ... All these little things make up the overall impression, so I do not recommend this salon.
