Why not 5? - At first they settled in a dark room with a small window overlooking the courtyard. - There are almost no shelves and drawers for clothes. - A very loud bathroom door, without a seal, which is very strange for such a hotel. - There is not enough capsule coffee machine. - There is no shoe spoon, shoe cleaning products. The staff is polite, responsive- for this 5bb. Its underground parking for 35 euros per day - there were no places on it, but the receptionist allowed an empty place for the disabled to be occupied for a day. The waiters in the restaurant tell you everything, they serve you well. The food in the restaurant is 3+/ 4bb in the price-quality ratio, breakfast is also 3+/ 4, but I think it is unlikely that somewhere in Finland you can eat something much tastier. All the hotel staff speak English, we have not met any Russian speakers, but the attitude towards Russians is good. The rooms are nice, but we came across a room on the 1st floor without windows - they asked to change it, they changed it without any problems for an additional fee of 20 euros, but it was worth it. The main disadvantage is that the room was dusty, and it was very tiny, the towels in the shower hang on the wall right in front of the shower and to wash them you need to outweigh them. Mattresses are also not very comfortable. We have not been to other hotels, but we will not return to this one.
