One of best places for a breakfast and work! Mart is a spacious two floors cafe with several zones including outside one. Coffee is good, food is delicious

Cool please, nice atmosphere. Food was ok. The reason I gave 3 starts is the waiters. Frozen faces, no emotions, unfriendly… it is not common to have this kind of service in Yerevan
