I genuinely think they’re but too expensive for the quality and for the space they use in the building it feels like there are no seating??? A cafe this size surely can fit another 5 tables. Like it looks gorgeous, the pistachio croissant even though it was delicious the taste came straight up from only the condensed milk in which I felt zero pistachio, so did my friends. We went there on their birthday and although we got extra free drinks, only that evening would’ve been that great, any other day, paying so much for a “pistachio” croissant with condensed milk only would’ve blown me off fully.

Ordered a decaf to go. It was terrible, I’ve never had a cup of coffee this bad. And for 7 bucks?! Insane.
The place looks cute tho.

One of best places for a breakfast and work! Mart is a spacious two floors cafe with several zones including outside one. Coffee is good, food is delicious

Cool please, nice atmosphere. Food was ok.
The reason I gave 3 starts is the waiters. Frozen faces, no emotions, unfriendly… it is not common to have this kind of service in Yerevan

The coffee shop is wonderful! The cozy interior creates a comfortable atmosphere for work and leisure. The coffee is high-quality and fragrant, the baristas are real masters of their craft. The breakfasts are fresh, hearty and delicious, the staff is friendly, always happy to help.
The toilet and the hall are clean, neat, and it smells delicious!

An incredible place. A bright room, flowers on the tables, very very tasty food and a great serving with flowers. Delicious salads, soups, breakfasts 😋😋😋I recommend visiting and definitely sitting on the veranda ☺️delicious coffee, friendly, friendly and very caring staff ❤❤❤❤❤free water with lemon 🍋

Among the advantages, it is quite cozy, modern, each table has an outlet, they brew coffee of my favorite brand. It is bright and spacious. Of the minuses - long service, coffee was brought immediately - food in 20-25 minutes, when the drink had already cooled down and you were generally not hungry, and the food itself was also cold, for a reason unknown to us)

The coffee shop is located next to the Ramada Hotel where we lived. We had breakfast here 2 times and both times it was very tasty and satisfying. The staff is friendly, the room is bright, beautiful, with panoramic windows and a pleasant view

In addition to breakfast, there are salads, pizza and pasta, bowls and sandwiches on the menu, but I haven't tried this, although I think they should be delicious too.

Excellent cafe near Republic Square. A wide range of breakfasts. Porridge with milk, eggs Benedict, self-salted salmon, coffee beans from Teisti coffee. It's almost self-service, so they don't add 10% to the receipt. It's a very beautiful pitch. In general, I recommend it.

A wonderful place for breakfast in the center of Yerevan. Delicious cheesecakes with condensed milk sauce and cream cheese, one of the best cappuccino and ice latte. Croissants with pistachio and strawberries are extraordinary. The style of the establishment is minimalistic, bright and neat interior. The staff is pleasant, the food is brought quickly, everyone speaks Russian. There is water freely available with lemon and plain water.
I highly recommend this institution.

One of the best places in Yerevan for breakfast. Everything is very beautiful, stylish and delicious. The coffee here is the best of all that we have tasted in the city!
Regarding the bad reviews about the staff, the guys are polite and friendly, tactfully solve all the questions and inaccuracies that arise, and they should not smile with 32 teeth and lisping with you, for my taste.

A great atmosphere, especially if you go up to the second floor on the veranda and on a sunny day sit over coffee with a croissant. We came here for tomorrow, and we really liked the coffee and croissant, we took an English breakfast - and it was just very ordinary, albeit decent, an interesting service system with numbers and an order at the checkout. Not a bad place, although there are not enough stars, but I still highly recommend it

Everything is fine, but this is not a cafe, but a coworking. It is impossible to find a place during the day on weekends, at least 50 percent is occupied by laptops. I came on Saturday and Sunday, I couldn't find an empty seat for the same reason. Call a spade a spade so that people who just want to meet friends and relax don't waste space on coworking.

Incredibly beautiful space😍 Very polite and pleasant staff and one of the best coffee in Yerevan! There are cool author's drinks: for example, coffee cherry (a filter with freshly brewed cherry syrup and spices) – I took it yesterday and was absolutely delighted! Today I came back and took pumpkin spice latte – it was very tasty :)

A very cool coffee shop! We drank coffee, matcha, and ate rolls here. They didn't take any more delicious food, but judging by the other guests, everything is very tasty.
Drinks-everything, one of the most delicious match + there is lactose-free milk (not alternative, namely lactose-free) - it's just wonderful!
The interior is a delight, the comfort is one hundred percent, the service is cool!
To be honest, I was very reminded of something from St. Petersburg, it felt so good🥺
