Therefore, the therapist prescribed treatment and expensive tests in the same place in Olympus. Everything was in doubt , let 's go to Almaty....The child 's diagnosis is not even close!!!!I would never recommend this center to anyone , indeed , as many say, it is a simple pumping of money.

My daughter has been complaining of severe ear pain for more than two weeks. A tumor appeared near the ear and in the temple area. I made an appointment with an ENT, paid for the reception — 5000 tenge, and we waited in line for about 30 minutes. When we entered the office, the doctor did not even examine the ear, he immediately began to look at the throat and nose. Then he said that the child's nose was crooked and needed to be fixed urgently. I was surprised, because we came with a complaint about the ear, not the nose. When I asked the question, "Will you look at your ear?", the doctor looked at me very aggressively, with an expression like he was going to hit me. It was extremely unpleasant and frightening. Instead of a normal response, he continued to talk rudely and irritably about his nose. I said again that the child had a severe swelling near his ear, but he still didn't pay attention. When I calmly asked why he was talking so rudely to me — after all, I didn't come to treat the child for free — he gave us a ticket and literally kicked us out of the office. He did not conduct an examination of the ear, and did not prescribe treatment. I am shocked by this behavior. How can you keep a doctor at work who treats patients like that, especially children? How was such an inadequate person allowed to receive patients?! I ask you to conduct an investigation, take measures against this doctor and not ignore the situation.
