Sunflower seeds with salt!!! These are not seeds, but some kind of coal concentrate of disappointment. I've bought it many times, and it's the same thing again — they're BURNT. Here are the specific claims: 1. A UNIQUE "FLAVOR". As soon as you open the pack, the acrid, bitter smell of burning hits your nose. It's not the delicious smell of fried sunflower seeds, but rather like something burnt in a frying pan. This smell is instantly transmitted to the fingers. 2. THE TASTE OF BURNT HUSKS. Approximately every third or fourth seed has a distinct bitter, burnt taste. The kernels are not golden, but often dark brown, almost black at the edges. There is a persistent feeling that they were not fried, but overcooked to the state of coal. After such a "treat", an unpleasant bitterness remains in the mouth for a long time, which cannot be interrupted. 3. A QUESTION ABOUT TECHNOLOGY. I have serious suspicions that in production: · Either they do not monitor the temperature and roasting time (the oven is running "out of steam", and the seeds are burning at the bottom). · Or they are fried in an old oil that has not been changed for a long time, which in itself gives a burnt and rancid taste. · Personally, it seems to me that the pack contains a mixture of normal and obviously defective (overcooked) batches in order not to throw away waste. 4. Spoilt pleasure. The clicking of sunflower seeds is such a relaxing ritual. And here it turns into a constant nervous lottery: "Will a normal seed get into your mouth now, or is it that bitter stuff again?" Pleasure is zero, just irritation. Conclusion: The quality of roasting (or what is meant by it at the factory) is at zero. There are critically many defects in the form of burnt kernels. The manufacturer clearly needs to urgently change the technological process or the personnel who monitor it. Recommendation: Do not buy unless you want to receive a package with a surprise in the form of burnt charcoal. Money is wasted, and impressions are the worst.
