Very nice cafe not far from Northern Avenue. It feels like as if you are somewhere in Europe enjoying your tea or coffee with a nice desert.
I love their tiramisu with some tea. My favorite tea is sea buckthorn. Spending time in hear near the fountain makes you feel the true vibes of Yerevan, especially during the morning times and late evening time.
Parking is an issue here. There are free street parking spaces available, but finding a free spot is a true challenge. Near by northern avenue, there's an underground ground parking lot available, which is not that expensive. It's a few min walking distance away from there.

Очень вкусный завтрак, персонал приветливый и профессиональный. Умеют готовить замечательныц бенедикт, достойный кофе. Если планируете визит в выходные, бронируйте заранее.
