It's possible that everything is in its place, but the overall impression is like an old, littered train station. It's dark, there's no ergonomics, it's messy... everything you need is there, even in some ways the choice is better than the competition. The staff is hunted down and tired, just like in other Brest stores of this chain.

The store is convenient and nearby, there is a good assortment, but there are always 2.5 people working for the entire hall and, accordingly, only 1 cashier is working. The queues are terrible and long. 🤦 I kindly ask you to set up self-service cash desks. At least 1 or 2. It would definitely help to deal with such huge queues. It also often smells in the store. I think this is a consequence of the shortage of workers.

April 2
On April 2, we bought millet, the packaging broke a little in our hands, we decided not to change it to a whole one, but to take this one, we thought that we would deliver the norms, it doesn't matter to us. At the checkout, the salesperson made a show of snapping. I informed them that the packaging was slightly torn and asked them to do it carefully. In other stores, even in small ones, they put a small bag on the damaged packaging for convenience for customers, and the seller himself offers to replace the product, but your seller responded to what I said again, that I asked carefully and it was addressed to my husband, not her, she started talking rudely, and when In response to her displeased mood, I reminded her that she was a seller and I was a buyer, so the seller had completely crossed the boundaries of permissible behavior. I put a bad mood on the customer. How is this behavior of employees allowed by management? Next time, the complaint book and the involvement of other authorities will be used.
