The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Palolem. But there is a beach within walking distance. The rooms are large and clean. There is everything you need with a few exceptions. I really missed the dryer on the balcony for wet clothes. At first, there were problems with wi-fi in the room and we were moved to another one and then everything was fine. The breakfasts were monotonous, but we weren't hungry. The staff is all very friendly and helpful.

Of the advantages: The staff is very pleasant. Normal rooms, bed linen, shower. There is a TV with netflix. Close to rajbagh beach, 10 minutes walk through the manicured grounds of Lalit Golf&Spa Resort. Along the sea along the beach, another 10 minutes to the next beach, Putnam - it is more lively, with shacks, etc., followed by palolem. Of the cons: At night, dogs bark, howl and yell at different voices, if sleep is light, then sleep in earplugs. And the breakfasts at the hotel are very monotonous, we decided that it is more pleasant and better to have breakfast on the beach.
