On a high granite pedestal there is a figure of a woman with a banner in her hand. With her other hand, she points to those who gave their lives for a wonderful future.
The two side groups symbolize the awakening of the people and their participation in the revolution.
The prototype of the woman's figure was Urkuya Salieva (1910-1934), an activist of social transformations in the south of Kyrgyzstan in the early years of socialism.
