A nice hotel with a new renovation, the only nuance is that the complex continues to be built. This is one of the best places in Sevan. Very clean, good bed linen and bath accessories. Soft bathrobes. There are a lot of different furniture, tables, chairs, a sofa, there is a place to put things. There is a restaurant on the ground floor from the same owner, the whole kitchen is amazing, everything is super fresh prepared right in front of you, especially the grill menu and freshly squeezed juice. The rooms have climate control, very good, cool and fresh to sleep in. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the lake through all the necessary shops. The owner helped to organize a private car tour to the neighboring cities, very pleasant and inexpensive.

A one-night hotel. The room is small. Personally, I am "pressured" by dark wallpaper. It would probably be better in the next room, the same, but in a slightly different style. Breakfast is modest, but sufficient. Delicious fried eggs.

It was difficult to find the entrance, if we hadn't been escorted, we definitely wouldn't have found it ourselves. There are not many rooms, all are new, but repairs are still underway around. The owner of the dental clinic and the hotel is one person. When we arrived, it was cold in the room, we immediately turned on the batteries, but the room warmed up only at night. We didn't tell you what time we would arrive, I think it's better to warn you. The view from the window and the backyard are not very tidy yet, but I think everything will be beautiful in the future. Cold water flowed in the shower most of the time, and hot water appeared for a moment and disappeared again. They provided soap supplies and even toothbrushes. There were bathrobes in the room. Breakfast can be selected from three options. Everything was delicious, but you can add more vegetables, they were not enough. In general, we were satisfied with everything, I took off the star only for cold water in the shower.
