Horrible customer service! Ordered a cake and some sweets to our offices for my birthday. Ordered it a day in advance for 12:00pm (lunch break). Ordered cane almost an hour late. When I called to ask where my order was the operator had no idea, no solutions and not even a “we are sorry”. Simply unacceptable!
