I want to share a story that can save someone nerves when ordering at this store. The quality of service declines year after year: the site freezes, statuses are not updated, and there is no real support. But what happened on Black Friday surpassed all the past. I placed three orders for the promotion, divided the goods, and chose a convenient branch — Keruen City. And then the most interesting thing began. The statuses are hanging, the delay has been 3 days. I'm writing to support — WhatsApp only, replies take 10 minutes, the dialogue lasts for hours. And after almost an hour of correspondence, the manager gives out: "Your orders are ready, take them to Mega Silkway." What? I chose Kerouan City. Why are my products in another branch? Why didn't anyone inform you in advance? I'm contacting another manager. The answer is: "There were no goods in Keruen, the system moved it itself." Then the question is: — If there is no product, why choose this branch? — And why doesn't the smart system notify customers? After another 20-minute pause, they ask me if I can pick up my order from Mega Silkway. I honestly answer that it's inconvenient — that's why I chose Keruen City (I think the residents of the old coast will understand). And what's going on? After a while, a message simply arrives: "Your order has been canceled. Refund within 3 days." Without explanation. Without alternatives. Without trying to help. I sit, read and understand: logic is zero, respect is zero. The website lives on its own, the branches live on their own, the support is like a lottery. Everything works like a swan, a crab and a pike. I wanted a normal Black Friday, but I got a Black weekend full of chaos. P.S. I asked for a support number, and suddenly I get notifications that orders are active again. I no longer know whether to follow them to where the system "redirected" me, or just forget about this purchase.

One star purely for the seller's carelessness. I have a phone number, but out of some fright, the seller said that there was no such number in the database, which I believed. Without leaving the store, I installed the app and checked whether my number was registered or not. The number is registered and there are even bonuses on it. After showing the application to the seller, I received a reply that the bonuses would be sent within a couple of days. There was a purchase on August 17th, but there are still no bonuses. The seller needs to check his hearing.
