For a 3* hotel - great! Breakfast and dinner are included in the room rate, dishes to choose from 1 out of 5, delicious and satisfying. We had a double room with a large bed, not large, but comfortable, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kettle, glasses, cups, tea, coffee, bar (for an additional fee). daily cleaning + change of towels. There is a hair dryer, I don't know about an iron.. Friendly staff, none of our questions or requests were ignored. On-site Parking for residents. There is a park and several restaurants near the hotel. I definitely recommend it

Great hotel. We were a family with two children. Excellent location, there are many places around where you can eat, shops, pharmacies, a park. The staff is polite. The whole family was delighted with breakfast, and not everyone liked the dinner. The price-quality ratio is excellent. Very clean. There is a private parking for guests. There are comments on the location of the door in the bathroom (it is inconveniently located and opening is not convenient), but these are small things.

The room is uncomfortable, the shower is disgusting, covered in mold, it's scary to wash. Towels smell damp when you wipe yourself with them. The windows of the room overlook the courtyard, where there is a bench, sitting on which they smoke until late at night, so all the tobacco smoke flies into the room. Another 20 meters away is a nightclub, you can hear the music and voices of its visitors well, who have a light sleep - it's better to go to a nightclub right away, so at least have fun than to suffer in the room. Although we were informed at the reception that the club would not be heard. I think you really can't hear him at the reception).
The price includes breakfast and dinner. One dish each, it was delicious, drinks are not included in the evening. There is also a surprise for the guests - a velkam drink in the form of vodka. And for the ladies, by the way, too. Although everyone knows that "is it possible to offer vodka to a lady? Only pure alcohol."
The room cost us 7,300 rubles of the Russian Federation per night on 08/10/24. For this level, the cost is cosmic. For comparison, in the St. Petersburg hotel (where it is located - everyone understands), for this amount, you can rent a room at the same time with windows to the courtyard and meals, but the quality of the room will differ enormously.
Baranovichi, apparently, are so cool that they can afford this kind of rivalry.

The room is spacious, but the mattress on the bed is sagged, the towels are brown and slightly washed, the water pressure is very weak. There is a smoking area right under the room window, so the smell is very noticeable when the window is open. But these are all small things compared to the incompetence of the staff. On the day of the eviction, upon returning to the hotel at 10.45, the room door was wide open, the bed, towels and cosmetics were already prepared for the next guests. My things ended up at the reception. And this is despite the fact that the eviction according to the rules is at 12.00 and I have not yet handed over the room card. "We thought you had already left."

A typical example of how the staff can spoil the impression of a good hotel.
The owners of the hotel did their best to make such a cool, high-quality, modern hotel in the city center. Finishing materials, room size, design - it is clear that they did not save money.
We were traveling for 1 night, booked 2 rooms. One of the advantages is the availability of breakfast and dinner.
Now about what needs to be improved in management.
1. There is practically no Internet in room 212. Sometimes messengers were loaded, the browser did not load a single page, even a widget with a weather forecast. Of course, this is unacceptable in the 21st century. When you're on the road all day without the Internet, you want to at least check your mail in the evening.
2. Towels. They stank, the horror was terrible. It can be seen that they were clean, but due to the fact that they were soaked for several hours in the washing machine, when used they gave off the smell of an unwashed dog. This is a failure, guys. We thought maybe we were so unlucky. But no, in the second issue they asked the guys, the same situation.
3. Vodka for dinner. There are probably people who like to drink it at dinner, but the four of us don't drink vodka. Corny, I wanted tea. It is cheaper than vodka, and at least some kind of alternative for non-drinkers. It's a penny story, but it can raise the level of customer satisfaction. By the way, the breakfasts are great, we liked it more than dinner.
4. An urn (bucket) in the room. Personally, we didn't have enough of it in the room itself. Yes, there is a small bucket in the bathroom, but it is inconvenient to run there every time to throw out a tea bag or a candy wrapper. It seemed like a trifle, but coupled with the rest of the nuances, it was comforting.
5. Reception staff. The girl was of course very friendly (evening shift 26.04). But when we arrived at the hotel parking lot and rang the gate, no one answered us. I had to look for a place to park and go to the reception. No one met us at the reception either. We stood for a few minutes and when we went to look for at least someone, a girl came out of the bar.
Considering that dinner time was coming to an end, we were a little nervous, wasting time on unnecessary expectations.
It is clear that there is not much sense for the staff to constantly be at the reception, but you can at least put a staff call button.
After dinner, when we unpacked in the room and realized that the Internet was not working, we called the reception. Twice. No one answered both times.
I repeat, the hotel itself is made qualitatively and beautifully, but the service can (should) be improved.

В стоимость проживания входит парковка на закрытой территории, а также вкуснейшие завтраки и ужины (нужно выбрать один из вариантов по меню заранее). В номере было всё необходимое. Правда, хотелось бы москитные сетки на окнах.

Беларусь- чистая, добродушная, приветливая и по хорошему наивная. Именно такие ощущения остались после посещения республики. Отель Мариинский логично продолжил поток положительных эмоций. Персонал- прекрасные и отзывчивые люди, знающие своё дело, чистота и уют номеров на высочайшем уровне. Кухня простая, сытная и очень вкусная, ресторану и шеф-повару отдельный респект! The hotel always starts with the reception. Here, only one of the three receptionists (the night receptionist) was friendly. The rest of them feel like you owe them something. Then the hotel itself- there is no elevator. Take your luggage to the third or fourth floor by yourself, they won't help you. The room; the furniture was tired, the bed creaked terribly, the mattress was old. The door from the bathroom, when opened, blocks the passage into the room. By food: continental breakfast, dinner too. You need to tell us in advance what time you will arrive at the restaurant. The choice is not rich, the drinks are by the piece. This approach was not convenient for me, but the food itself is delicious, there is no fault to find. I will rather not recommend it, because the fact of a high-quality sleeping place is very important to me.

В целом за такие деньги мы были довольны посещением данного отеля. Персонал приветливый (не все конечно, но допустим)
Номер (семейный, на 3 взрослых и ребёнка) чистый. Есть мини-бар, кондиционер, телевизор (мы так и не поняли как его настроить). Из минусов: в душе нет шторки или перегородки и вся вода стекает на пол и непонятно как это все потом убрать. Кровать очень скрипит, ночью невозможно перевернуться. Мусорная урна должна быть побольше, на мой взгляд.
Завтрак и ужин влечены в стоимость. Завтрак понравился больше. А ужин был наполовину холодный. Но отдельный респект за кашу для ребёнка и за предоставленную кроватку тоже.
Нам понравилось, но есть еще куда расти и что улучшить.

Отличная гостиница! Номера просторные завтрак и ужин включен ( есть выбор из четырех вариантов),чисто, комфортно. Много езжу по всей Беларуси и это одна из лучших гостиниц в соотношении цена/качество.
