Another issue is that I wanted to turn on the TV as soon as I entered my room, but it didn't turn on because it was out of order, I informed the authorized friend at the reception before settling in the room, but they stated that the malfunction would be fixed tomorrow, I expected you to change my room, which was available at the hotel, but unfortunately they were cold about it.
