It was necessary to take three photos of the document on one sheet (as required for delivery), stood for 15-20 minutes until they managed to do as requested. A bunch of sheets were ruined, although they didn't require payment for the damaged sheets. There is no schedule for work in princyp, whenever it pleases.

And also how annoying the comments are, like, I came in 5 minutes before closing time because I needed to urgently.... And went blah blah blah and one star.
