I visited the Masisso restaurant and the experience exceeded expectations! The cozy atmosphere, magnificent interior and high level of service made our evening unforgettable. The menu was pleased with the variety of dishes and their original execution, each dish is a real work of art. The chefs obviously know their stuff! The staff is very attentive to the guests and is ready to offer recommendations on the choice of food and drinks. In general, the Masisso restaurant is a great place for a romantic dinner, meeting with friends or a business lunch. I definitely recommend it!

Well, in general, I am dissatisfied. When I was there for the first time, everything was fine, and a year later, my aunt and I decided to go there again. So we came an hour before closing time, we were accepted, everything was fine, the kitchen was already preparing for closing, but we managed to place an order. It means that our order was brought, we are sitting eating and here we come across a hair in half of the edible soup, this is the ppts just returned, so the money is only for the soup okay.. Here in the chest (black pudding)a piece of rope comes across, and they silently took it away and apologized. True, everything is polite, culturally, we also did not make much of a scandal (that they were lucky), but the fact that we remained hungry and dissatisfied is a fact. P.S the chefs were in a hurry to know that they poured the same broth into two different dishes, just one spicy with seafood, and the second Farting and all this with the addition of zucchini and cucumbers. In general, we haven't been there for a year and we don't need to😂

We were passing through Alma-Ata. We went to a Korean restaurant on purpose. My husband ate Korean food for the first time and was impressed. Very beautiful interior and sooo delicious. Thank you and we will get back to you!

We came to lunch with colleagues, but it was the first and last time! The roll, which is served hot, was cold. The milk cocktail, which should be cold, was like from an oven)) There is zero service, you have to wait for the waiter for 20 minutes, especially in summer. Not tasty, by the way! And they put cheap cream with a terrible taste in a milkshake, but it seems like the average check is solid. Udon was like in a diner, I won't say anything about the rest. I definitely do not recommend it!!!!

A pleasant atmosphere in the establishment and everything is just sooo delicious! Waiter Askar showed what a hospitable service should be. In general, we liked everything and will come back again.

Ориентировались на отзывы при посещении. Вкусно действительно абсолютно все. Брали много разных блюд, была большая компания.и супы, и прочее все на высоте. Официантка подробно все рассказала про блюда.

Из-за того что внутри есть специфический запах не очень комфортно сидеть. На улице, летняя площадка которая не огорожена звуковым экраном от проспекта. Но, если вы хотите вкусно поесть корейской еды. Вам определённо нужно сюда. Для Долгих посиделок на улице не подходит. Но поесть и пойти дальше гулять по бульвару в принципе вполне достойно. Особенно учитывая что еда действительно вкусная. цены очень приемлемая для центра города. Надеюсь, хозяева обратить внимание на то что давно уже требовала организовать звуковой экран от проспекта чтобы летней площадке было более спокойно обстановка и можно было общаться а не слушать рёв машины

Все очень вкусно, официант Олег профессионал своего дела, цены адекватные. Особенно понравилось корейское BBQ, просто восторг! Обязательно вернёмся ещё.

Просто залетели в ❤️🔥
Есть комплимент от заведения, сказали - это салатик, а приносят несколько разных салатов - от них уже сыт ))). Обслуживание приятное, сервис - как я люблю, в уборных полотенчики, крем для рук и прочее - в общем, забота о клиентах.
Можно заказать и пожарить самим, но мы решили не заморачиваться и взяли вкууусные роллы.

Здесь всегда всё очень вкусно
Приветливый персонал
На фоне играет приятная музыка
И ещё я никогда и ни где не встречала такого крем мыло в уборной прям руки чувствуют что не дешевая ерунда из баклашек а реально хорошее мыло
В общем всем советую

Очень нравится, персонал просто класс. Еда вкусная . Заказываешь блюдо к нему преносят много салатов , цена хорошая. После 4х посещений выдают скидочную карту. В дамской комнате есть крем для рук. Для меня это очень важно.

Самая вкусная корейская еда, которую я ела. Очень понравилась конина с зелёным луком, хе из рыбы, хе из баранины, все ОЧЕНЬ вкусно. Удобно брать несколько блюд на компанию, и всем пробовать. Очень внимательное обслуживание.

Официанты не умеют работать, просто полный бардак. Еду подают не рационально. Пока донесли лист салата с рисом мясо остыла. Ожидания не оправдали. Заплатили большую сумму и не получили удовольствие от ужина. Не советую вообще.

Пришли сюда с друзьями, ради корейского барбекю в столе.
Интересный опыт, с Корейским барбекью.
За 11000 тенге, мы получили два вида мяса(свинина и говядина) в придачу к которому, идут разные закуски в виде кимчи, салата, маринованной репки и пара соусов. Так же, официантка, может сама все при вас приготовить. Мы, как новички, жарили куски целиком, а вообще они нарезаются ножницами на мелкие. В целом, мне понравились.
На десерт, взяли ролл "Филадельфия", оказался вкусным.
Основное блюдо, кушали втроём и всем вполне хватило.
Из мяса, так же есть баранина и конина.
Один барбекью стол, имеется на летней веранде. В общем, рекомендую.
