- you have bought a certificate and you are in the role of the petitioner

- after offering to refund the money for the certificate, they just returned it without trying to do anything for me
-they communicate beautifully in messengers, but there is no real action for the client.

I want to write a review not only about the work of massage therapists, but also about the principle of the work of the salon itself.
It's terribly unpleasant to write a review, but I have to, because no action was taken against Igor (the masseur). It got to him initially, because he always has free seats. I was dissatisfied because I didn't understand what it was (light stroking, molestation, likes to pay attention to women's breasts, does not cover with a towel). His whole technique consists of trigger points. Presses not my where and expects relief, but what kind of relief is it if you are naked and naked lying. I had to get up and leave. But like everyone else, you don't quite understand it was a massage or what. I consider him an unprofessional specialist.
Then she went to Dmitry (the owner of the salon), warned about such a masseur. I didn't do anything, I thought I was bothering myself. It says a lot about his client orientation.
I decided to go to Elena in the same salon. She always has a record in advance. A cool masseur, pleasant as a person. I wish her success in this shithole.
