Massaget Sak Hotel Review I will write it point by point as it is, the owners of the hotel do not be offended, I hope this will be a discovery for you, and if not, well, then this is the reality.: 1. I arrived in Nukus late in the evening, got tired, arrived at the hotel around 21:00, I could not be checked in for about an hour and a half, as a result, they refused to check in, although I booked everything in advance, paid through the application. The reason for the refusal to move in is that the island does not pay us money. I don't even hesitate to ask, should I care as a guest? I think not, which I told some manager on the phone that guys, these are your legal problems, is your hotel in the application? There is! Did I pay? I paid for it! Will you check me in? The answer is no. As a result, more or less everything was resolved through the support of the island, although at the time of the support decision, I had already paid 1.650.000 soums for another room because I was wildly tired, I wanted to shower, eat and go to bed, I didn't care anymore, but the support called and said that I would refund the money and that I should be settled by booking, fortunately the money was returned, checked in, but with the condition that if they suddenly solve this problem with me (once again, I have nothing to do with this issue as a guest, these are your fucking legal problems). 2. The room itself in which it was located. I booked a single room, they gave me a two-seater with two beds - I think okay, it's okay. further on the room itself: a) it was cold, I was freezing as much as I could, my clothes didn't save me, I warmed up in the shower and under the covers all the time, because it was very cold, the balcony door is strong, it doesn't fit tightly. b) the faucet in the sink is torn off - it just dangles from side to side, without holding it with one hand, it is almost impossible to turn on hot or cold water. c) the water needs to be drained for a long time, you turn on the boiling water, it pours for 5-7 minutes icy, then warm, then hot (turned on the faucet for 10 minutes, waited until the cold water was drained to take a shower). d) the shower room is broken, the switches are not working, or they are not working correctly. e) there is no curtain in the bathroom, so that you can wash yourself and not wet the toilet (you have to try to sit on the raw). f) if I understood correctly, there are dryers in the bathroom (I did not understand whether they are from hot water or electric), they do not work. g) the kettle is gorgeous, clean, my respect, you could have put normal tea, or add 2 bags of coffee of some kind (from coffee mugs, it's not cool to drink tea). h) the bed is comfortable, the mattress is comfortable, the blanket is chic, the pillow is chic, one of them is orthopedic if I understood correctly 👍👍👍👍 and) I didn't even turn on the TV, I didn't use it, but a big lg, right on the subject. The overall renovation in the room is a great idea, the materials are good, the performance is 3+. Moving on, as they say, I decided to extend my stay at the hotel for another day. Let me remind you that for 3 days, I paid 6768r - about 1,000,000 soums. I go to the reception, I say I want to extend it for a day - they tell me $ 40 plus $ 4 tax, for a total of $ 44. that is, 3520 rubles or 520,000 soums. 🤔🤔🤔 To my question, why is it so expensive? They replied that you were a foreign citizen, and then my kettle boiled. I tell her, first of all, I'm not a new visitor, but I'm already a guest who has already been staying with you for 3 days and paid 1,000,000 for 3 days, so why should I pay 500,000 soums for another 1 day!?!? The girl at the reception turned pale, I say let's count 1,000,000 divided by 3, 333,000 soums + tax, I say 4 $, she abruptly agreed, apparently, so that there would be no scandal and the authorities would not be informed, in the end 375,000 soums. I understand that, by and large, 125,000 soums is not a lot of money! but the fact itself! The hotel is the face of the country! The face of the Republic of Karakalpakstan!!! And you're doing this! I understand if you were Americans, we don't need Russians! Otherwise, everyone is polite and friendly. I recommend the hotel to check in, but please consider the nuances described above, success
