Great news - the Spanish company Inditex is opening many of its stores in sunny Tashkent. The Massimo Dutti brand was no exception, the store opened on February 29. Over the past month and a half, the range of men's and women's clothing has changed regularly, which is good news. Now to the shortcomings, where can we go without them. There is only one cash register, the knots are untied at the paper shopping bags, there is a queue of customers, and the poor staff is "sewn up". Sellers "out of habit" ask for the PIN code from payment cards from customers, this is wild and abnormal. Many things (there is an example in the photo) are heavily stained with white chalk, which is used to paint the shelves in the trading floor. Something has to be done about this, too. There is not a single adequate consultant in the hall for such a price tag. All these newfangled collections for young people under 30 were very disappointing.

There are no consultants in the hall, I asked for photos from the site to find things - they said there were no such things, as a result, I found them myself after 10 minutes.
I went to the checkout to punch the goods - I stood and watched as an employee shifted things from place to place, when asked to punch, I received in response "wait"
The store is not cheap, shocked by the attitude and service.

The clothes are lovely, the store is nice. The staff is absolutely untrained, they cannot choose the size, they cannot find the order by the order number, they cannot punch the package. I have no idea how they were hired at all, but it was a very unpleasant experience.

There is trouble with consultants, some say hello, others defiantly turn away, there is a strange girl at the checkout who is not in a hurry, she was very slow.
