I am extremely shocked and upset by the anti-sellers and anti-service in the store! I write reviews extremely rarely, I have probably never met such a house anywhere ... massimo Dutti- you are a Spanish brand, as far as my memory does not change… Your brand has always given me great pleasure from shopping and from the atmosphere in the boutique! Yes, yes... you were a boutique for me... both in Russia and in Spain! I spent 30 minutes in the fitting room, they never brought me my things for fitting, they brought some others and not my size! Sellers are modern, beautiful girls, but you don't care about the needs of customers 😢🥹 You opened up to please Women, didn't you? A complete disappointment in the end!
