Old pipes in the basements of houses,a management company that doesn't really do anything,old elevators are garbage,there are no places to rest and walk for the population. New landscaping is not produced and plane trees are not cut dry but good.As soon as the roads are asphalted, then they dig them.There are no normal sports grounds. Problems with light, heating and hot water.

40 years of Victory, or Tuzel is a big district! My review is specifically about the 2nd quarter, the Cross!! Very convenient location of the houses: absolutely everything is nearby - the road, bus stops, metro, markets, bazaar. But there is not a single decent playground!! In 2018, the playgrounds were put in order, cleaned, fenced, and covered with sand. And less than 4 years have passed since there was nothing left of the sites! The swing is broken, the slides have been there since Soviet times (There is nowhere to go for a walk with children!
The road, the intersection is generally a separate topic- you cross the traffic light with fear, because the traffic rules are not familiar to anyone, along the way. It's time to install a pedestrian crossing there, in order to avoid a tragedy.
