I am currently at home for health reasons, and instead of consulting on the phone, they ask me to come and sort everything out on the spot. Then, in a nervous tone, they tell you to go to the website and look at the products there yourself. Then they just hung up in silence. I don't know why your employee is unhappy today, but that's my assessment of her spoiled mood.
