For some reason, instead of a convenient ordering system at the entrance, they came up with some waiters. In the end, I came, they told me, "Sit down, they'll come to you," after which I sat for 20 minutes and no one came up. He left hungry. Previously, there was a great place to quickly and inexpensively have a delicious shawarma or kebab snack - now, apparently, you need to plan an hour to eat shawarma - you have to wait twenty minutes of them to be able to make an order at all. Plus, there are a lot of delivery orders that are made in the same kitchen - even if you are lucky and you place an order in the first half hour, you will wait until everything is done for deliveries, where people order ten items in one hand.
