I am extremely unhappy with this dry cleaning! I've encountered blatant unprofessionalism twice. The first time I handed over the carpet, it was just lost. The order was not ready for 18 days. No one even bothered to inform or apologize. It was only after my persistent calls to the office that the carpet was "found" after 2-3 days. The second time I gave my coat to be cleaned, I ended up with a piece with damaged eco—leather pockets: scuffs appeared. The employee herself admitted that it was most likely due to aggressive chemicals. However, no solution to the problem has been proposed. No compensation, no attempt to rectify the situation. A logical question arises: why do we need dry cleaning if things get worse after it? I strongly do not recommend it.
