The food is delicious, but the service is lame, or we are so "lucky". We placed an order and were told to wait at least 30 minutes. We waited longer, brought the spouse an order, then brought one child, although two children ordered the same dishes. After a couple of minutes, I decided to clarify where the second one is the same, to which they replied that our order was generally confused. As a result, there is no order for my dish, one of the children's order instead of two, but my husband has two dishes. Of course, everything was fixed, but in the end we spent an hour and a half there and will not return there again.

It got much worse after the team change. They pick at the order acceptance. The cashier clarified(!) you can also make cappuccino without sugar. They are being carried slowly. The water is not prepared in advance, there are a lot of dishes in the sink. I had to ask for water and wait until the glasses were washed and a bottle was poured.

Excellent coffee, the place itself is cozy, the staff is very friendly, the food — vegetable salads are fantastically delicious, of the rest — I didn't like only black toast (I've been to the institution 6 times and tried a lot of things). Wi-Fi is average, but calls in the zoom pull. In general, I recommend it, so far this is my favorite of all the establishments in Astana.
