Whoever found the voucher first, filmed the story with the find and brought it to the cafe — he received fast food for the amount of the voucher. My son enthusiastically participated, drove all day, followed the story, found the voucher first, shot a video, posted it on Instagram and came to the cafe with the voucher. However, he was refused a prize. At first, they started saying that this was "the wrong voucher," then that it was necessary to have "a lot of subscribers." But this was not specified in the terms of the promotion. Moreover, he fulfilled all the conditions: he found, removed the story, brought the voucher. It seems that the purpose of the campaign was not a fair game, but only a set of subscribers. Perhaps the refusal was because my son is still a child. In any case, he was very upset, because he believed in honesty and tried his best. We expected respect and at least an apology, but, alas, we were disappointed. I hope that the management of the cafe "Master Kebab" will take measures and reconsider the approach to promotions if they really care about customers, not just subscribers. A very unpleasant aftertaste. We won't go any more and we don't recommend it.
