We ordered the kitchen at the beginning of summer in this salon. We were very pleased with the result. Why can't I put a minus one star? I'd love to.
Having ordered a kitchen, do not wait for its production on time. Don't even dream about it. The contract that you sign is beautifully written - up to 20 working days. And it's highlighted in bold. But clause 3.2 of the agreement states that this wonderful organization can unilaterally extend the production period for another 14 working days. And, no one will inform you that the production and delivery is delayed! I called three times and clarified it three times. I postponed the delivery time three times and they didn't bother to call and warn me about it, at least in a human way. Post factum. And no one cares about your plans.
So moreover, do not expect that someone will come right here and install a kitchen for you. To begin with, this charm will just lie in boxes in your apartment for more than three weeks. And now a new surprise!
Now the installation is being postponed. It's not funny anymore.
What is the result? The contract was signed on 28.06, the kitchen went to work on 13.07, 6000 was paid, the kitchen was supposed to be ready by 12-14 August, it was supposed to be on the 20th of August. Today is September 17th. And tomorrow there will be no installation again!
Dear girls, figure out who told me to install this damn thing, because on the 16th it was one, and today for some reason the other does not have time.
The kitchen seems to be there, but it doesn't seem to be there. How can people plan anything at all, even a weekend for your wonderful organization!
And unfortunately, no one has specified how to feed 4 children and actually eat myself.
With a shudder, I now expect the installation itself and new surprises.

We ordered the kitchen in the "Kitchens Module" (Spectrum shopping center).Our family is very happy with the cuisine. I really liked the work of the team-professionals in their field. Designer Ivanna heard and realized our dream kitchen, took into account all our wishes. She gave competent recommendations for preparing the installation site of the kitchen, calculated everything to the centimeter, was constantly in touch.
The installation also pleased me. The installation guys collected and installed everything clearly, neatly, removed all the garbage after their work, leaving us only the opportunity to admire our beautiful kitchen. Thank you all so much for your professional and high-quality work!!!

We chose the kitchen in several salons, but in the end we chose this one. The budget was limited, so the materials were chosen inexpensive. After installation, we made sure that the kitchen looks just great. The project was created by Evgenia the Pusher, and it was her competence that was ultimately the main factor why the Module was ordered in the Kitchen. At first we wanted a corner kitchen, but Evgenia drew our attention to the fact that with such a project, the refrigerator door risks not opening completely due to the battery. No other designer in other salons has thought of this. But this could be a mistake that would overshadow the use of the kitchen. As a result, Evgenia redesigned the project into a linear kitchen. In addition, she also offered other ideas that affect the price and functionality of the kitchen, so that even with a small budget you can have the opportunity to choose. We ordered a kitchen, a bar table, a wardrobe for outerwear and shoes, lockers for storage in this salon. I am very pleased with the result and the cost of the kit. 1. A good result was obtained primarily thanks to designer Ivana: for my visualization, she was able to clearly select the available modules in the company and accurately implement the idea. Due to the fact that the furniture in the "Kitchen module" is made of modules, this task turned out to be difficult. Next, Ivana was very thoughtful and attentive to the order. I would like to note the pleasant warm communication. I came to the Kitchen Module in the first organization to get a price and contact other companies for a comparison of the offer, but in the end I did not want to leave and immediately agreed on a contract. 2. Also, the team of installers got very cool (Yuri). The guys are neat, they did their job perfectly and neatly. Thanks!

We ordered the kitchen from this organization. There are no questions about the kitchen itself - normal quality and appearance at an affordable price. However, I am very dissatisfied with the work of the "designers" - they do not know very well how to combine furniture, in non-standard situations they always turn to their superiors. When clarifying the items during the order and signing the contract, they were in a hurry and could not answer all the questions regarding the names indicated in the documents. When asked how to act in case of late delivery of furniture and appliances, poor-quality work, they replied that "they have never had this, and we hope that they will not," without answering the question. It is easy to guess that the problem was a delay in the deadlines, one door was not delivered, and a broken hood was also brought. One of the advantages is an intelligent furniture collector, who thoroughly clarified everything, explained and helped solve issues with the delivery of the missing door and paperwork for the return of the hood.
The general impression is that only money is seen in you, as soon as you have paid for everything, you become uninterested and your problems will be solved reluctantly.

In the "Kitchen Module" near the Vostok metro station, they did everything terribly. Now, in order to redo almost everything, I turned to Master Furniture near the Uruchye metro station. We did everything perfectly, we can say perfectly. The situation was difficult, but the designer Snezhana perfectly solved the situation with many difficult moments. I didn't even think much that it would be so good. In general, I am delighted!
Everything is fine with the furniture collectors, too, thanks to Sarkis and Vitaly, for the excellent work! There were serious problems with the previous collector from the "Kitchen Module", which is near Dan, they say, they had to disassemble everything after him and drill everything and reassemble it.
In general, I recommend "Master Furniture" and Snezhana!

My mother ordered the kitchen Furniture from the Workshop. Unfortunately, she did not pay attention to some essential details when ordering.
When designing the kitchen, designer Nadezhda did not provide a recess in the basement for opening the dishwasher door, referring to the fact that different dishwashers may have different door designs and, hypothetically, such a recess may not be needed. The most interesting thing is that the specification for the kitchen indicates the model of the dishwasher, which implies a recess in the basement.
When the kitchen was installed, the dishwasher had not yet been purchased, so this omission was not noticed. When, after all, the dishwasher was installed (about a year after the installation of the kitchen), ta-dam! - her door rested against the plinth. We contacted the service, hoping that this issue would be resolved (this is still a mistake by the designer/designer). The following solution was proposed - for 85! A specialist can come in rubles, cut out the recess right on the spot, and cover the cut with sealant, which still needs to be bought independently. We are talking about a kitchen made of painted MDF, that is, in a good way, the notch should have been made at the kitchen production stage and painted to match along with the rest of the details.
That is, the designer / designer made a mistake, and for some reason they offered us to pay for correcting the error.

Terrible service!!! The kitchen has been half-assembled for a month, the necessary countertop was brought on the 3rd attempt (they constantly brought the wrong one), contracts are given to sign, in which nothing is filled in (no contacts, no organization), the master still cannot reach us and assemble the entire kitchen entirely, stopped picking up the phone. How can you be called kitchens number 1 in the Republic of Belarus with such a service, when customers can't even get through to you, I also send greetings to our designer Oksana Shemonaeva, a surprisingly optional girl who constantly forgets to call back for urgent questions (then the phone is unavailable, then she doesn't take it, then it turns out that she is on vacation at all, then she calculated the price for us by the price of the countertop and then calls with requests to pay extra). Thank you so much for your nerves, we will never contact you again and we will not advise all our friends to contact you!
