The Internet is sooooo slow. There is really no technical support. There are always some failures and breakdowns. When calling technical support with the question "Why is the Internet not working", the answer immediately comes "Everything is fine with the signal. Maybe there's something wrong with you." Then they start to figure it out and it turns out that they still had a glitch. IT'S TERRIBLE!!!
