Had experience contacting the SC with the Yandex mini station: stopped responding to the voice (does not hear) at the acceptance they assured that they would diagnose and indicate the exact reason, but what was my surprise when they wrote verbatim in the act: During the diagnosis of the device, a malfunction of the main board was detected, it is required replacement. Repair is not possible, there is no spare part available.
Aww dear, I knew without you that there was a malfunction in the main board since it is the only one in this station!!! I consider such a diagnosis, and even for 15 rubles incompetent, since the true cause is not localized.

I handled the phone under warranty, which overheats from the very beginning during use with closed third-party applications, and especially strongly on charging. Twice. The phone is returned with the entry "no fault detected". In the contact center, to the question "how so?" They said that they were checking it by deleting all third-party applications that were not originally in the phone and checking, so nothing warms up. They didn't really answer my question about how to live with it if I need different applications besides those that are available. Terrible, just terrible, I'm sure it's not a feature of the model.
