In turn, the Kenfordbel company provides scraps of black-and-white photos, allegedly with a bend. There is no feedback from the center. It is not possible to explain the reason and contact the master to clarify the situation. I had to spend half a year on legal proceedings.

Handed over the phone for the third time! And again the same problem! the display goes off. This time it lasted for 3 hours and the display goes out again, but after 40 minutes it starts working again, and so 5-6 times a day.
It would be better to walk with a crack on the display if I knew that such would-be repairers would repair. The repair has been going on for more than a month. Dear future customers! Read reviews before contacting this service! Well, if you decide to apply, buy an additional phone, as the repair may last for months...

And now in detail:
I turned there after I dropped my Xperia XZ Premium into the water, and it stopped charging. I also had some minor problems with switching the sound and switching to hands-free mode for a long time - I decided to solve them at the same time. She specified everything in detail during acceptance, and answered all the administrator's questions.
Three days later, I was contacted by phone and asked for a graphic key to my device. The receptionist listened to my explanations and stated that the key did not fit. By the way, in the process, the administrator began to show her intemperance and generally lose her politeness. I asked my spouse for help, but his explanations didn't help either - they couldn't enter the graphic key in the service. (I want to clarify - despite the fact that I stated two software malfunctions, no one talked about the key when putting the device into repair).
In general, the administrator offered me this option: to reset the graphic key of my phone for 30 rubles.
I suggested another option: leave the key as it is, and fix only one malfunction - fix the charging socket. But even here there was a problem - they still needed my graphic key.
I insisted that the administrator clarify this issue with the master directly, and then, finally, it turned out that no key was needed to fix my malfunction, and you can fix it like this. "It will take two months," they told me. Ordering and waiting for a spare part, a rare phone, all that ... the administrator assured me that the spare part would be original, and announced the price for everything - 80 rubles. That's what we agreed on.
Two months later, they contacted me, offered to pick up the phone, and announced a new repair price - 60 rubles (without explanation).
This did not alarm me, and I ran to pick up my phone as soon as possible and pay for their work.
For two weeks everything was fine, but on the third the phone did not start charging immediately, not at full capacity, and in general it was strange. The charging socket began to move away. It got worse and worse every day, until it became absolutely clear that the phone needed to be repaired again - about three weeks after I received it. In fairness, I must say that I was given a 4-month warranty in this service, and since the warranty period has not expired, I could take advantage of this offer. But I had no desire to communicate with unbalanced and unqualified administrators, nor to wait another two months without my phone. I turned to another repair, where everything was done quickly, well and without unnecessary questions.
