Upon arrival, after the consultation, the doctor charged 350 BYN, with the words "it can't be that you were told 250." On the spot, I decided to remove the top regular 8, without difficulty, since I arrived. 220 BYN.
The doctor coped in 10-15 minutes.
There are no questions about the procedure and the skill of the doctor.
But the price situation is unpleasant.
In addition, while I was waiting for the reception, a very incompetent situation occurred in my opinion. The receptionist and her colleague put a woman on speakerphone who complained about something and giggled with her. I sincerely do not understand such behavior on the part of the staff.

Доктор Агаев отказался проконсультировать мою маму, которая была записана на прием, аргументируя тем, что она несколько раз отменяла запись (были уважительные причины) и в правилах клиники не принимать пациента без согласования с директором. После того, как мама написала жалобу в "Книгу замечаний и предложений" и пригрозила написать в Минздрав, этот доктор в кабинете директора очень долго извинялся и сказал, что сделает все возможное, чтобы она осталась довольна протезированием. После консультации Агаев С.В. сказал, что не сможет помочь, потому что у мамы " сложный случай". Хотя клиника " Мастодонт", где работает этот врач, в своих постах в интернете призывает приходить к ним за " прекрасной улыбкой", потому что там работают ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНЫЕ СПЕЦИАЛИСТЫ. Никому не советую обращаться в эту клинику и к этому доктору, если у вас " сложный случай"..))
Моя мама была на приёме и у врача- имплантолога Белого М.Г , который предложил маме самой решить нужна ей имплантация или нет. На мой взгляд, доктор должен предложить план лечения и убедить пациента, как лучше сделать . Маме был задан вопрос, с какой целью она обратилась в клинику, когда она ответила, что хочет красивую улыбку, получила ответ: " А зачем вам улыбаться?" Всю консультацию врач сидел с " кислым" видом не показывая заинтересованность - такое поведение можно увидеть только в госклиниках, где врачи получают фиксированную заработную плату. Конкретного плана лечения не предложил, не убедил, как будет правильно, а сказал подумать, НУЖНА ЛИ ИМПЛАНТАЦИЯ. На мой взгляд, врач должен принимать такие решения, а не пациет!! Никому бы не советовала обращаться и к этому "специалисту".

порадовала клиника: есть место, где можно дождаться своей записи, внутри все аккуратно и чисто, бахилы для посетителей, есть где оставить верхнюю одежду.
врач Чудникова прекрасная) я та еще трусишка в зубных делах, но не доверять врачу у меня причин не было, сделала все очень аккуратно и безболезненно.
Локация очень удобная (от метро 2 минуты ходьбы)

Записалась на приём к хирургу Артемовой Анастасии Андреевне, вырывала зуб впервые впечатление остались не самые лучшие про безболезненность говорю правду так оно и было, а вот после того как приехала домой заметила что осколки зуба, который мне вырвали, остались во рту, очень сильно неприятно что заявленная цена которую я оплатила не оправдалась, осколки доставать дома без каких либо инструментов очень не удобно, выплёвываться так же неудобно а про полосканием вообще молчу. Проще говоря первое впечатление по поводу удалению зубов испорчено, могли бы тщательней осмотреть полость рта чтобы не мучаться с осколками которые мало того что доставляют дискомфорт так ещё и просто при глотании доставляли боль.

Клиника очень нравится. Планировала начать лечение у ортодонта себе и дочке. В моем случае доктор меня отправила к другому врачу, сказала не сможет помочь. А к дочке совсем не нашла подход, как-то сухо (делаю выводы из посещения другого ортодонта) в общении. Дочка сказала, что категорично не пойдет к этому врачу лечиться, доктор ей не понравилась совсем.
Надеюсь по истечении времени обратиться ещё и к ортопеду (после лечения у ортодонта)

Сожалею, что потратила время на эту стоматологию. Консультация врача-имплантолога не понравилась. Последний раз в таком духе я разговаривала с врачом в гос поликлинике лет 5 назад. О том, что консультация бесплатная, узнала, когда она закончилась. Зато стало понятно, откуда такое отношение.

Посещали стоматологию с ребенком. Врач терапевт Ермакова Елена отличный специалист, прекрасный подход к ребенку. Дочь сказала что теперь только к ней будем ходить. Получили грамотную консультацию и лечение. На следующий день возникла необходимость еще раз проконсультироваться, девушка администратор с пониманием отнеслась к нашей просьбе, нам дали возможность поговорить по телефону с врачом, и решить свой вопрос. Добрый вечер, начну разговор с того, что я очень сильно боюсь стоматологов. Сильно- это я к тому, что подумывал вырывать зуб «мудрости» под наркозом. Но вот решился, пойти в данную стоматологию. Позвонил, записался, 22.02.2022 меня записали на 10:50, к стоматологу Артёмова Анастасия. Удаление зуба прошло вообще безболезненно, всем кто будет читать отзывы и искать хороший персонал я очень советую остановиться на данной стоматологии и 100% на отличном стоматологе Артемовой А.А. Большое Вам спасибо. Через 10 дней приеду снимать швы)))
