Not only were we sent to the other end of the hangar to get a cart, and then my husband with a herniated spine pulled 10 squares back to the checkout, but they also managed to give the wrong tile that we wanted. Somehow I didn't think that it was necessary to tear up the boxes on the spot and check!!! They only saw it when they brought it home. Of course, they did not go back, there was no one to carry the porcelain stoneware back and forth. The result: my husband's aggravated back pain, the material is not the same, the mood is spoiled.
Unexpectedly, with sufficient staff, no one offered to take the cart to the exit, I'm already silent about loading into the car. If I, a meter with a cap, had bought a tile alone, I would not have pushed it by a centimeter.
