When the Internet was connected, they came for free! But the operators are fine, but in reality the documents are not loaded, even the TV is not working! For 750 rubles a month!

Good. 60 days pass, we contact the company, and they tell us, okay, we'll send the application..... The third month has passed, no one is doing anything. No one gives the management contacts, which is very strange for a legal entity. There has never been such an attitude towards customers, although we have been working with the company for a very long time.

I've paid for everything, I'm connecting it, but it doesn't appear. I'm calling Tech Support. They made an application, they said that I had a problem with the fiber optic wire. Then the operator said that they would check at home, and then they would come to me, and if the problem was on their part, then the elimination was free, and if on mine, then 600 rubles repair. The position itself? I wasn't here. What could I have done with that wire on the pole? Well, I guess it's okay. They would have fixed it. So I'm sitting here, waiting for the call. Silence. I log into my personal account - the status of the application has disappeared altogether. Yesterday it was "open", now nothing is written at all. I'm starting to call tech support, if you can even call it that. The answer "killed" me - repairs within a month or two. That is, having honestly paid 600 rubles for a monthly subscription, without receiving the service, I have to wait 2 months? The subscription department is also very tricky - the subscription fee is refunded only after repairs. It's strange, why didn't the first operator tell me that they hadn't been out on request for months? It's disgusting. Don't mess with the Matrix. I'm looking for other options.

I'm really looking forward to other providers coming to us so that I can look forward to switching to them. Let them be twice as expensive - it doesn't matter, the main thing is that they are reliable. And so, the Matrix and reliability are incompatible things today.

They paid for half a year in advance, decided to terminate the contract, so no one returned the money. The Internet does not work at all, every 5 minutes the connection is disconnected and packets are lost, there is zero reaction from the management!
