We had an emergency situation: after our veterinarian prescribed NSAIDs to the cat - she limped due to genetic weakness of the joints - and insisted on giving it for 5 days, all the tests flew off the cat. Creatinine has jumped over 900!!! We chose the clinic in a hurry, the cat has already refused not only food, but also water. They were brought to Matroskin with ready-made analyses from Equilab. Our kitty Yasmin Dinara Bakhytzhanovna had an ultrasound and immediately made the correct diagnosis: the cat has primary gastritis, and kidney failure is secondary. Looking at her tests, it was hard to believe. I couldn't believe that Yasya could be pulled out. But Dinara and Gulinur succeeded, and our gratitude to them is immeasurable!!! We completed 2 courses of treatment in a little over 2 weeks. I continued to take all the tests in Equilab - it turns out cheaper this way, because they had to be taken every 3-5 days. To understand how the treatment is going and, if necessary, correct it. Now Yasi has good test results, her health has returned to normal, as if this nightmare had never happened. We are very grateful to all the staff. Both doctors and paramedics work clearly and harmoniously, and we were in touch with them around the clock. Now I know where to turn if necessary - only to Matroskin!

We contacted this clinic, and the doctors are excellent at taking tests and performing ultrasounds. That was the end of the positivity. Perhaps it was just our luck, but when we received the rest of the tests that we passed in the laboratory, the doctors clearly did not tell us anything. The fact that the tumor is malignant and aggressive, that you need to prepare for surgery and how to do it, is absolutely nothing. An operation was planned on Thursday, but it didn't work out due to personal circumstances, but the doctor also went on maternity leave, while the other doctor who could take it didn't say anything about preparing for the operation, just come and that's it. It didn 't suit us . We went to another clinic and there they told us absolutely everything, from and to, according to tests, ultrasound, and so on. Everything became clear to us from beginning to end. Unfortunately, this was not the case at the time of contacting the Matroskin clinic. When preparing for the operation, there are also moments that we did not know about and would not even have been informed, and if anything, we would be to blame. We have been in constant contact with the Matroskin clinic to clarify everything, especially the operation. Unfortunately, after learning all the information from above, we realized that they hadn't really told us anything there.
