I thought I would just look in, but thanks to a qualified employee, I ordered three items at once: a hob, an oven and an extractor hood, while receiving detailed information about their characteristics, by the way, we made a good discount when ordering three pieces of equipment. 09/12/2024 I made a purchase in the Maunfeld online store.
I made the payment by card and arranged for delivery to a small town in the Brest region.
Today (09/17/24) the goods were delivered.
When unpacking the product, the upper "twist" switch fell off.
At my request to replace the product (not refund the money), but simply replace it, they send it to the service center.
I.e. send / take it to Minsk at your own expense, wait 2-3 weeks and ?
The most annoying thing is that it was a gift to mom .
I'll add it!
I was promptly contacted and promised to replace the product.

A month ago, we bought a Mounfeld appliance, a hob, an extractor hood and an oven. When placing an order, the consultant took into account all our wishes and offered good quality equipment. The delivery was also pleasant, everything was transported quickly, on the appointed day, unpacked, inspected and repackaged. So far, we have managed to try only the oven in action, the rest has not yet been installed. I am happy with the oven, cooking is as per the recipe and it is easy to clean.

The review will be long and I will say right away that this store does not deserve even one star. The only thing is that they deserve to be completely closed so as not to worry any more customers.
On August 8, I went to the store to buy an oven. There was no availability and I was offered to place an order and delivery. And so, having ordered an oversized "pig in a poke", I left to wait. Not even knowing what a Chinese creation looks like in real life and which spoiler can not be refused in any way.
A few weeks later, our manager Alexey Vityaz contacted me and said that the product was there and we made an online installment payment for it in Alfabank. Truth...the product went up in price while driving(which is strange because I found it 130 rubles cheaper on the Internet!!!!But that was later)
It was the middle of August and at that time (as it turned out) there was an action in the store with a gift of a coffee machine when buying, but they continued to keep silent about it. And then, having learned about the action myself, I called and offered to buy something for the missing 40 rubles to participate in order to receive a gift..several calls with different employees, they dragged their time, told me that they just ran out of gifts, allegedly coordinated with the management and as a result, I was unreasonably denied this opportunity. Naturally, when they begin to behave in such a dishonest and deceptive way at the very beginning of cooperation, then they do not want to continue this cooperation at all. Which I did, refusing their services and goods that I still hadn't seen in my eyes. Because I imagined in colors how a Chinese brass can disappoint me and I will not be able to get the truth from incompetent employees and their service. The installment plan was for my husband, since they refused it to me since I was on maternity leave (although they gave it to me in another store without any problems) which once again characterizes this store not from the best side. My husband had to go to the store several times to write statements about the termination of the intention in the transaction (because in fact it is just an intention).
But for more than a month, Mounfield employees have been extorting money from our family and demanding to buy back the goods. They call, oblige to get the oven, and do not cancel the installment plan with the bank.
As a result, we already owe the bank a penalty for a product that is not available and is no longer needed.
And the store came up with the idea today that we are obliged to reimburse them for losses...(that's what Alexey, the head of sales, said) After that, they promised to terminate the application.
To summarize: in August, I refused their services, but by 20.09 they demand money from me.
Today, an application has been written to the competent authorities, I hope this will put an end to the protracted story. I will also write reviews wherever I can.
And think three times about whether you want to face such an aggressive service from Mounfield.

I bought a gas panel for 2 burners in this store. I can't say anything bad about the store-it's beautifully decorated, the staff is polite, but the product is just terrible. I've never been so disappointed in my life. I bought it in April, while the repair was completed, it was installed in July and after a week of work on one of the burners, when the ignition was turned on, the gas did not catch from the ignition, and the ignition crackled without stopping. It could only be stopped by pulling out the power outlet. I called the master (for a minute, the masters arrive on average in a month), that is, I live for a month with one burner. The gas does not ignite through a match. The master arrived, twisted, inserted a piece of paper into the cap of the regulator. The burner is working. A month later, exactly the same thing happened to another burner. And this is a NEW stove!!!! I wrote to the service department of the company, I was sent to resolve issues again through Mingaz, again the master in a month, I live with one burner again. In addition, a whistle is emitted on one of the burners at the lowest mode, which is very annoying
The new stove worked flawlessly for 1 month, now I have to call the master every month to fix the stove, is that okay???

The showroom is quite spacious, there are many different samples on display. A wide range from small household appliances to large appliances. The consultants were great at our every call and patiently and clearly explained everything. The only thing that was inconvenient was that there were no price tags, each model had to be scanned, it was a slight inconvenience.

We saw a Black Friday advertisement from Manfeld in November 2023 - 15%. We came to find out if it is possible to take out a loan with SBERBANK with Grace Period for this promotion, where for the first 6 months you do not overpay for the loan and only from the 7th month you start paying with interest of 15.25%,. The consultant said that you can do so. The next day, Kirill's manager called and said that he needed information on the passport, they say, send a photo of the passport to Viber and the codes were flogged. who will receive SMS messages - IT HAS ALREADY BECOME SUSPICIOUS, but I think this is not the first time we have been communicating with a serious company, so to speak. I sent my passport to Viber, and Then Cyril calls and asks when the delivery is, I ask so where to see the CONTRACT and the payment schedule. Kirill answers everything will be with the driver.... The delivery was made twice. The first time it turned out to be the wrong refrigerator, we ordered 193cm and 177cm arrived. My wife accused us of mistake and said, accept it otherwise we take away all 7 positions, the discount is canceled and the loan is canceled, which will be reviewed within 40-60 days to give it to you again. I did not understand, I ask, so where is the agreement from Sberbank on what terms is the loan, the payment schedule. They answer me, you specify this either from the manager or in the Bank itself, the time was later than 19.30 The next day I dial Kirill on the loan, He says that they should have thrown off the link with the contract but apparently forgot. And so he throws me a link to the Sberbank Account where I see a loan issued for me, where from the first month I pay from 15.25% per annum without Grace period. When asked how it happened, the answer at first was that we misunderstood them, they could not give us such conditions.... 1.)Firstly, my wife and I were deceived that the wrong loan terms were called, and everything was issued by ourselves without our signatures and familiarization with the terms 2.) Secondly, we saw the loan itself and the payment terms after everything had already been processed and unloaded... They didn't give me a chance to get acquainted with it earlier. 3.) The wrong one was brought with the refrigerator and accused us, with conditions that we accept it otherwise the credit and discount from Black Friday will be canceled... That's the experience we had with Mounfield.

We stopped by to buy a banal frying pan, the seller answered my question where to see what, said, and we have a showroom here, order and go pick up the installers))) from winners to installers))) a frying pan))!! Anyway, it seemed to me that I distracted the seller with my unexpected visit from some business, well, maybe it seemed. Probably for large equipment, the format of the showroom is normal, but when, when searching for small things like dishes on a well-known Internet portal, you are sent to such a store, then this is complete nonsense. But in any case, everything has its advantages, now I will know exactly where it is not worth going for small things, and I will carefully monitor the format of the shops). One star is an assessment purely for a specific visit to this showroom, I am sure that the company as a whole deserves a higher rating.

Первый заказ был сделан в г.Минск,идеально, привезли ребята,занесли в квартиру,распечатали для осмотра посудомоечную машину и вытяжку,оформили гарантию и взяли оплату,выдали чек.
Второй заказ был сделан в г.Фаниполь индукционная плита и духовой шкаф.Не предупредили,что доставка сторонней организацией и до подъезда,приехал водитель,вручил мужу наклыдные,чтоб тот расписался и сказал,что его дело доставить,к остальному отношения не имеет.В итоге,осмотр проводили уже сами,шкаф духовой оказался с дефектом.По телефону в четверг сказали,что сделают замену в понедельник,отправила заявление на замену и жду.В понедельник стало интересно почему со мной никто не связывается,позвонила,оказалось,что коммерческий директор в командировке,не согласовал замену.На следующий день отзвонился молодой человек,что все согласовано и шкаф заменят.Привезли в четверг…… и этот шкаф также оказался с дефектом(видимо,стоял в самом шоуруме,поцарапана панель сверху,когда устанавливают под столешницу!!!!!Отвратительный магазин,советую обходить стороной!!!!!К самой технике претензий нет,свою функцию выполняет,но то,что магазин может вам отправить технику с дефектом никто не предупреждает.Лучше купить в другой организации

Выбирал варочную панель , выбор пал на продукцию компании maunfeld ,так как я ничего не понимаю в данном сегменте то решил позвонить и подойти на новый шоурум в Минске и пообщаться с консультантами.Как было приятно когда тебя встречают квалифицированные и компетентные люди которые знают свое дело.Посоветовали , рассказали , подобрали . Консультацией и в целом обслуживанием остался очень доволен да и сам шоурум просто шикарный , все очень красиво и достойно оформленно . Буду обращаться и приобретать еше не раз.

Шоурум неплохой, много техники представлено. Впечатление испортили работники. 01.08.2023 посетили магазин. При входе с работниками поздоровались - они с нами нет. Спустя 15 минут скитания по магазину подошёл мужчина и спросил чем помочь. Когда уходили попрощались с ними - они с нами нет.

Мне понравился салон. Удобно ехать, находится рядом с кольцевой, большая парковка. Внутри все оборудовано со вкусом. Большой выбор техники, начиная от блендеров и заканчивая холодильниками. Пока только подбираем варианты, но по всей вероятности, остановимся на данном бренде. Девушка консультант ответила на все мои вопросы, подробно рассказала, на что обратить внимание.

11/08/2022 покупали вместе с дочерью (это должна была быть ее первая бытовая техника ,купленная самостоятельно)мясорубку Maunfild.
модель самая у них дорогая.в металлическом корпусе,самой большой мощности.
Сразу насторожило то,что на складе при расчете за товар,нам отказались мясорубку даже включить,проверить ее работу.
Когда мясорубку мы принесли домой, было ощущение того,что наш дом это не первый дом,где она побывала-шнек мясорубки был уже сложен.
короче-мясорубка даже не включилась,только при включении реверса что то как бы заработало.
А дальше.
приходим в шоу-рум.там говорят:
нет нет это не к нам.
мы-только рассказать.(рассказывали при выборе товара -плохо.любая домохозяйка справилась бы лучше)
говорит консультант в магазине,не отрываясь от компьютера
:не включилась мясорубка-ну и что?
Вот я работал в магазине SMEG-там тоже бывало такое.
приходим на склад
нет нет-мы только показать.
на работе склада-сэкономлено-склад работает до 18-00 и работает один человек.нет спецодежды-это мало сказать.
приходим в сервисный центр а там
нет нет мы только акт написать.
а куда тогда идти?
после двое суток отвратительных хождений-деньги нам вернули.
а мясорубку вернули при нас из сервисного центра на склад,так что будьте осторожны!!!

Уже не в первый раз покупаю в этом магазине. В этот раз купила тостер. Приятно зайти в шоу-рум, вежливый персонал, хорошая техника и выбор. С парковкой также проблем нет.
