The ancient building of the mausoleum has survived to our times, and it has been preserved in very good condition, and has existed for about 500 years. One of the teachers of theology of Islam, Kaffal Shashi, is buried in it, or rather reburied, because he lived about 1000 years ago, but his original mausoleum, unfortunately, has not survived to our times. This imam was considered very educated and enlightened in the era of his life, therefore he was very respected and revered by his contemporaries and descendants, because he brought knowledge and enlightenment to all people around him, without exception, helped them, regardless of their social status, and therefore earned such reverence and respect among the people, even after several centuries. Despite the destruction of the original mausoleum, a new one was built to preserve the holy place for the dead and descendants. In front of the entrance to the mausoleum, years later, those of his followers, the imams, who were also revered people, were buried, these graves can be seen at the entrance in front of the mausoleum, inside the mausoleum itself there are also similar burials. The place is quiet, picturesque, with lively plantings, paved paths, the mausoleum fits very well into this place, it stands as if on a hill surrounded by vegetation. An Islamic institute has been specially created next to it, where future enlighteners of Islam can be considered to be its followers. Therefore, the place is quite lively, not only tourists and residents of the city come here, but also young people, students, constantly come)

It is very beautiful and majestic. The mausoleum in Tashkent, built in honor of the imam, Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Ismail al-Kaffal al-Shashi. The crypt has not been preserved in its original form. In its current form, the mausoleum was built in 1542 by the Khan's architect of that time, Ghulam Husain. This is an asymmetric domed portal mausoleum - khanaka. The khanaks were intended to give pilgrims shelter in residential cells - hujras.

Nothing special. Standard architecture. The building is from the 16th century. It's small in size. You don't have to waste your time visiting this facility.

This mausoleum is located near the house. There is a great green park around. A good place for milking walks with children.

The mausoleum of Kaffal Shashi was built in honor of the imam, Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Ismail al-Kaffal al-Shashi. In its current form, the mausoleum was built in 1542 by an Islamic theologian, scholar, jurist of the Shafi'i madhhab, Hadith scholar and linguist. He is known by the nickname Hazrat Imam. Kaffal al-Shashi is translated from Arabic as the master of keys from Shasha (then the name of Tashkent). He worked as a foreman and made keys.
