Level 3 Local Expert

Terrible hotel. Very dirty. It is located in the basement. The rooms are very small, designed for 1 person, not two. We paid the money through booking in full the entire amount by bank transfer in Russia, came to Israel, showed the check, and in the end they did not let us in. They explained that the money had not passed through their accounts. There are no windows, or they are at the very top. And so, tea and coffee are free. The only plus.
