I ordered the goods on December 15, the girl called and said that we would be able to bring them by the end of January, called in early February and replied: not shipped due to temperature restrictions. They lied, this product absolutely does not care about the cold. It turned out that it was not available and therefore not sent. We agreed that they would be delivered in 15 days. I waited for a call, no, they said not available, but there is an option the same but more expensive by 25%. While they were not doing anything, the goods went up in price. As a result, 2 months were spent to no avail.
