Shop 7/24 is just around the corner, tuk-tuks in both directions, 3 minutes to the beach, a snack - local cafe for Thais, massage parlors, bars. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Volkinstrid. Of the cons: In a word, it is very dirty in the hotel. They clean up, but very, very, very badly. The furniture is very tired. It's very noisy in the evenings, there are bars downstairs.
