25.12.23 The management has read the review. And it really got better. I'm changing my rating from 2 to 4. Well done! I don't know how to describe it. I've eaten here three times, mostly combos. Club sandwich, classic and with a hamburger. All the times the fries were cold, and the portion of potatoes was ridiculously small, 12-17 sticks. There are always some personalities in the hall who take up a lot of space and do not eat anything. They just look around, and sometimes they see someone eating and chatting. All the times the hall was dirty, the dust was not wiped clearly, the floors were not washed. The light is dimmed, but the dirt of the room is still visible. The tables are arranged stupidly according to the principle of "planting more people". There are no partitions, divisions or minimal privacy, you sit in plain sight as if naked, as in a cheap canteen. The hamburger and sandwich were delicious, but the cutlet tastes like a cow, some may not like it. The main disadvantage for me personally is poorly placed tables, redevelopment is needed.

The location is great. The staff is nice. It seems they have self-service everywhere. The atmosphere and interior are pleasant. It doesn't hurt my eyes. The food is delicious. Quite a famous institution. The prices are reasonable. They cook quickly, this is typical of such establishments.

The atmosphere is pleasant, orders are fulfilled quickly, my favorite set is the Sandwich Club. It is soft and the chicken is not overcooked. And so everything else is delicious too. The music is not loud and the light is not too bright, it is not annoying

Заказала с мужем доставку через Экспресс 24. Дата: 17.09.2023г. В заказ входил Комбо 2: 4 лаваша с сыром и 2 наггетс бокса, цена 140.000 + 10.000 доставка. (Фото заказа имеется) Во-первых: привезли 1 наггетс бокс, вместо двух. Во-вторых: муж уже 6 часов (сейчас полночь и спать мы из-за самочувствия не можем) мучается от диареи. У меня же начался рефлюкс (желудочный сок поднимается по пищеводу наверх в гортань) из-за чего соответственно и изжога. Мне в беременность не очень то приятно ощущать это! По поводу употребления фаст фуда в беременность скажу сразу: сильно захотелось вот и заказали. Я спокойно могу доказать своё самочувствие у ЛОР врача и гастроэнтеролога через эндоскопию и предоставить заключение врачей и разбираться с руководством, чего я уверена руководство захочет исбежать. Прошу принять меры в самое ближайшее время! Итог: испорченное настроение, проблемы с самочувствием! Негодование выше предела! Больше никаких заказов в Вашем заведении.

I haven't eaten such a terribly tasteless shawarma yet! And they cooked for so long that I already wanted to go home to eat.....I've heard so much about this place and wanted to get there so much that now I don't want to go there again .....I don't recommend this terrible place at all!
