It's not that there are a lot of visitors, there are quite a few of them, but only 1 person works in the kitchen!
and the cashier also looks after the drinks and the distribution.

I don't know how to describe it. I've eaten here three times, mostly combos. Club sandwich, classic and with a hamburger. All the times the fries were cold, and the portion of potatoes was ridiculously small, 12-17 sticks.
There are always some personalities in the hall who take up a lot of space and do not eat anything. They just look around, and sometimes they see someone eating and chatting. All the times the hall was dirty, the dust was not wiped clearly, the floors were not washed. The light is dimmed, but the dirt of the room is still visible. The tables are arranged stupidly according to the principle of "planting more people". There are no partitions, divisions or minimal privacy, you sit in plain sight as if naked, as in a cheap canteen. The hamburger and sandwich were delicious, but the cutlet tastes like a cow, some may not like it.
The main disadvantage for me personally is poorly placed tables, redevelopment is needed.

The location is great. The staff is nice. It seems they have self-service everywhere. The atmosphere and interior are pleasant. It doesn't hurt my eyes. The food is delicious. Quite a famous institution. The prices are reasonable. They cook quickly, this is typical of such establishments.

I ordered delivery with my husband via Express 24. Date: 09/17/2023 The order included a Combo of 2: 4 pita bread with cheese and 2 nuggets boxes, the price is 140,000 + 10,000 delivery. (Photo of the order is available)
First of all: we brought 1 nuggets box instead of two.
Secondly: my husband has been suffering from diarrhea for 6 hours (it's midnight and we can't sleep because of how we feel). I also started reflux (gastric juice rises up the esophagus into the larynx), which is why heartburn, respectively. It's not very pleasant for me to feel this during pregnancy! Regarding the use of fast food during pregnancy, I will say right away: I really wanted to, so I ordered it. I can safely prove my well-being to an ENT doctor and gastroenterologist through endoscopy and provide a medical opinion and deal with the management, which I am sure the management will want to avoid. Please take action as soon as possible!
The result: a spoiled mood, problems with well-being! The indignation is beyond the limit! No more orders at your establishment.
