A nice city hotel with a great location! Individual (one can say family approach to the client). A great beach is 4-5 min walk away with a towel provided by the hotel! There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and McDonald's lovers are within walking distance. The presence of a bathtub is not a big one. A great idea with soup and wine from 18-19:00. The breakfasts may be monotonous, but you can always find food to your liking.- very decent (there are no sausages, meat or porridge, but there are 5 types of cheeses.) Coffee all day long is included in the accommodation. Most importantly, on some aggregators, the hotel is positioned as for adults over the age of 22. I would like to clarify that this applies to people under the age of 22 who will not be registered without a parent and only (they lived with their daughter for 16 years) Small but quite decent and clean rooms with cleaning every day.

I liked the hotel. Clean, neat, polite. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff. Beautiful roof terrace. A rich breakfast. Five o'clock "tea": wine with snacks. The beach/beaches are five minutes away, almost across the street. An excellent choice. We are satisfied

I was at the Maxim Hotel in November 2022. Tel Aviv is a sunny city. The hotel is close to the Mediterranean Sea. The sea breeze was felt even lying in the room. The hotel is cool. 5🌟 Breakfast is free. They cook very well. Mostly the men cook. I remember there were some from Uzbekistan. Jews are very friendly.

We stayed in April 2022. We thought for 7 days, we stayed for almost 20. The hotel has exceeded expectations! It is cozy, the staff is excellent, responsive, attentive, polite. And the food is generally 10 points. It is diverse, tasty and very high-quality. The rooms are nice. The cleaning is decent. The price is low by Israeli standards for such quality.

Very small rooms.. but the staff is good, there are Russian speakers. Great breakfast! Wonderful location, close to the beaches, the promenade and the center and the market can be reached on foot!
