The store is generally normal, but the consultant in the SMART TV department spoils everything. An absolutely useless approach: to answer any question, either "I don't know" or "I don't think". I ask about the amount of RAM - he says that the manufacturer did not specify. Where did you not specify? On the box, in the instructions? Then why do you need a consultant?
Then it gets even worse. I'm asking if it's possible to install third-party applications. Answer: "Probably not." Is this the official position of the store? While I was Googling information about the TV myself, several other people approached the same consultant with similar questions. And, having received the same vague answers, they just turned around and left.
I do not recommend spending time visiting this department. It is easier to find information on the Internet, and make a purchase online. Such consultants clearly do not deserve sales.
